Ingredients

• Brewed Bulletproof Coffee

• 2 tsp Brain Octane Oil

• Milk/Creamer of Choice​

• Dash Cinnamon

• Dash Cardamom

• Frother Tool for Luscious Foam (optional but not really)

Instructions

​

- Brew your Bulletproof coffee.

- Pour your creamer, Brain Octane oil and spices into your coffee mug. 

- Using the frother tool whip your cream mixture into a luscious foam (the oil will float to the top if you skip this part but I still like it that way too).

- Pour your coffee over your foam and ENJOY!

MEASUREMENTS : However you like your coffee... cause we all different with how much creamer we like.
