
Super Seed Oatmeal
Ingredients

1 Packet / or 1 cup Rolled Oats

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Flax Seeds
-
1 tsp Hemp Seeds

1 tsp Sesame Seeds

1/4 cup Milk of Choice (I use almond)

2/4 cup Water
-
Maple Syrup / Agave to Taste for Sweetness (optional)
-
Pinch of Salt (I use himalayan or sea salt)

Spices of Choice / according to your dosha (I use Cinnamon, Cardamom, Turmeric, Ginger)

Milk, Seeds, Fresh Fruit, Nut / Seed Butter, Jam for Topping (optional)

Stewed Cinnamon Apples, Tahini, Cardamom

Banana, Mango, Coconut, Turmeric

Mixed Berries, Hemp Seeds, Cinnamon, Ginger

Instructions
- Bring milk, water and salt to a boil.
- Stir in oats and lower heat to medium low.
- Stir in seeds, decrease temperature to low and cover with a ventilated cover.
- Checking and stirring regularly to prevent burning and sticking.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
- When oats are tender and liquids are absorbed remove from heat and stir in sweetener and spices.
- Add more liquid as needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour in a bowl and top with your dosha toppings.
ish note : I didn't put this in the dosha toppings but I always eat this oatmeal straight up or with my fave nut butter (right now that is chocolate sunflower butter... go get it and then call me to tell me how you died and came back to life after you tasted it. just sayin.)
