Ingredients
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 2 Probiotic Capsules
- Maple or Agave Syrup to Sweeten (optional)
- Vanilla extract to flavor (optional)
Instructions
- Shake your can of coconut milk up and then shake it some more… and then shake it a little more just to be safe.
**you want it to be very smooth and creamy and its easier to put in the time shaking the can than trying to stir it up… trust me.
- Pour your coconut milk into a jar.
- Mix your probiotics into your milk until very well combined.
- Cover with a coffee filter using a rubber band to secure around the rim of the jar and set in a dark cabinet for 2-3 days.
- Check consistency after 2 days with a clean wooden spoon and put into the fridge if you like what you find.
- Add sweetener or flavorings to taste
